Provide direct experience for students to find, critical thinking and answer a scientific phenomenon is very important, especially in learning biology. However, the reality on the ground is not case, the result of interviews and observations of students and teachers of biologi at Senior High School 7 Kediri in the 11st natural science class scientifically known that learning is still rarely performed and critical thinking skills of student still low, because learning still tends to be centered on the teacher, while students follow what the teacher taught only. So this study, researches aims to improvecritical thinking skillsandscientific attitudeof students throughthe combine methods of inquiry and reciprocal teaching canon the materialexcretion systemat11st natural science 5 class Senior High School 7Kediri, academic year2014/2015.The method usedin this researchis a Class Action Research (CAR) which consists of 2 cycle each have four in phase, it\u27s planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research instrument used is questionnaires and tests.The results showed that in cycle 1 of critical thinking skills obtained from the evaluasion test results show the average value of attainment at 81 and increase in cycle II becomes 85. The results scientific attitudeobtained from 5 aspects, it\u27s curiosity, flexible attitude, critical attitude, honest attitude and accuracy. In cycle I coriusity of students 49% increase in cycle II becomes 70%, attitude flexible of 72% becomes 76%, critical attitude of 73% becomes 78%, honest attitude of 63% becomes 66% and accuracy aspects of 40% becomes 58%. Based on the research data it can be concluded that the combine methods of inquiry and reciprocal teaching can improvecritical thinking skillsandscientific attitudeof students on the materialexcretion systemat11st natural science 5 class Senior High School 7Kediri, academic year2014/2015.
